Who We Are

ChordBio Consulting is led by Lisa Robinson, who brings more than 15 years of experience in Quality Assurance and regulated laboratory environments. Her expertise has been developed through roles within large organisations, including the NHS and universities, as well as small and medium-sized biotechnology companies.

ChordBio specialises in delivering practical, effective solutions that strengthen regulatory compliance across Quality Management Systems (QMS), laboratory operations and sponsor oversight activities. We take a pragmatic, solution-focused approach, helping organisations achieve and maintain compliance while supporting efficient and effective business operations.

Educated

Lisa is a quality professional with a strong scientific background in genetics, molecular biology, and biobanking. She has extensive experience in the development, implementation, maintenance, and training of quality management systems, as well as in clinical trials, auditing, biobanking, research tissue banking, and regulatory inspections conducted by the Human Tissue Authority (HTA) and the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA).

Experienced

Lisa is an effective communicator who works confidently with colleagues at all levels across an organisation. Throughout her career, she has consistently demonstrated the ability to work independently while also collaborating successfully with multidisciplinary teams, building strong working relationships and contributing positively to organisational objectives.
